Laura and Liz are a mother-daughter team who built their business from the ground up, not with endless resources or connections, but with grit, faith, and a desire to create financial freedom for their family… and now, for yours. Together, they are the coaching team behind Real Estate Investing Women and have helped thousands of women break free from financial uncertainty and step confidently into wealth-building.

Laura started her journey in real estate investing back in 1987, just 2 years after she married Liz's dad (who was in the Army) and moved to the USA from Italy. This was before wholesaling was even a recognized term; they just called it "flipping a contract." Over 35+ years, she has raised millions in private money, invested in 200+ rental properties, flipped hundreds of homes, and navigated multiple market shifts. She even crafted some of the very first wholesaling contracts that many still use today.

Liz officially joined her mother in 2015, leveraging her background in internet marketing to transform their traditional real estate model into a modern, virtual powerhouse. She dove headfirst into both wholesaling and rental investing, bringing a fresh perspective to the business. Her focus, tenacity, and heart for helping others have taken their programs to a whole new level. The other remarkable thing? She does this entirely virtually, having never been inside a home she planned to wholesale.

Together, they've navigated various market conditions, built robust systems, and developed strategies that empower women to invest smarter, faster, and with greater confidence. They created Fast Track Wholesaling and Rentals to Wealth because they believe real estate investing is one of the most accessible paths to financial freedom.
