About the Hosts

I'm Laura, the mother and co-founder of Real Estate Investing Women.

I started in real estate back in 1987, with no roadmap and no idea what I was doing. I've been through every market crash since the '80s, and I've spent decades figuring out what actually works, not just on paper, but in the real world.

I've been wholesaling for almost 40  years. My first wholesale-style deal started with a $10 deposit. I found the right opportunity, tied it up, and connected it to a buyer who was ready to move.

You can do this if you have the right knowledge, in the right order. With no massive budget, complicated setup, or software.

I'm Liz, co-founder of REIW.

I'm the daughter who looked at the old rules and decided they didn't have to apply to me. I built a real estate business virtually, on my own terms, without ever needing to drive a neighborhood or meet a seller in person.
