Rooms are $219/night at the group rate. LIMITED rooms available at this rate - first come first served basis.
We will send you a link to book your room after you purchase and reserve your spot for the event.

The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service. The best airport to fly into is The Fort Lauderdale International Airport. 

We recommend rideshare or uber. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport

If unexpected circumstances arise that make it impossible for you to join us, you may receive a credit for the original amount of your ticket purchase against any of our future events or one of our training programs.

Another option is that you can transfer your ticket, to allow a friend or colleague to attend in your place. 

If neither of the above options is acceptable, let us know prior to September 15th, 2024, and you may receive a refund of your purchase, minus a modest $50 bookkeeping fee. (After September 15, 2024, your ticket investment will be applied as a credit toward a future program.)

In the event of severe weather or force majeure, our top priority is the safety and well-being of all attendees. If the hotel does not shut down or cancel our event, the retreat will proceed as scheduled. Please be aware that there are no refunds issued after the initial cut-off date of September 15th, 2024.
